CURRENTLY


Began one-year clerkship with the Honorable Norman K. Moon, Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia, in August, 1997. In October, President Clinton appointed Judge Moon to the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia. Judge Moon was confirmed by the Senate and was invested on November 25, 1997, at the federal courthouse in Lynchburg, Virginia. Roderick continued to work for Judge Moon, as a federal clerk. As of August 1998, Roderick is in Virginia Beach, VA office of the City Attorney in the administrative section.
